Alysia always knew she wanted to work in real estate. She stepped into the industry during college, taking on administrative and management roles that eventually led to her overseeing restaurant real estate, commercial leasing, and industrial building projects. This exposure laid the foundation for success, as Alysia cultivated strategic relationships with vendors and mastered the complexities of high-profile property initiatives.

 

Alysia’s passion, however, lies in residential real estate. She has a knack for turning renters into homeowners, but whether she’s working with first-time buyers or getting top dollar for seasoned sellers, Alysia loves holding her clients’ hands from start to finish. In both her business and her personal life, family and community are paramount to Alysia, a first responder’s wife and mom of four children. With her husband, Carlos, a retired Lakeland police officer of 17 years and fellow Realtor®, by her side, the entire family actively supports Central Florida’s first responders and frontline workers. Although the first-responder community has a special place in her heart, Alysia is also an advocate for children & women; she volunteers with and donates to various local charities and organizations.
