For Yolanda Floyd, real estate isn’t about just selling homes — it’s about faith, family, and community. Her supportive nature sustains her clients as they move forward with major life decisions for themselves and their loved ones. Her dedication ensures she’ll always be there for them, long after closing.
Yolanda is extremely humbled by and grateful for those who have trusted her with their homebuying process, and she works hard to prove it. After earning her license in January 2021, Yolanda closed a whopping 13 units in her first six months. This dedication and passion for doing great things for her community inspires her to help people flourish in their new homes and communities.
Yolanda serves Lakeland, Florida, and the surrounding areas, including Bartow, Lake Wales, Fort Meade, and Winter Haven. She helps clients in all stages and at all price points, from first- and second-home buyers to relocation buyers and sellers. Yolanda strives to empower those she helps with her reassurance and positivity. Having moved frequently as a child and as a single mom, she understands firsthand the significance of having a home sweet home and a caring community.
Born in Michigan, Yolanda moved to Florida as a child and grew up in Bartow. Her professional and personal experiences span banking, customer service, and nonprofit work, including building a church in Lakeland with her husband. As a Mexican-American, Yolanda is fluent in Spanish and is deeply proud to be the first person in her family to have a real estate career. She’s working toward her Luxury Homes Certification and enjoys growing her social media platform while helping other agents grow theirs.
A mom to four boys and one girl, Yolanda keeps plenty busy in her “downtime.” All her sons play baseball — her two oldest competitively — while her ever-curious young daughter is discovering her own hobbies. Her husband, Frankie, also works in real estate as a mortgage loan originator. Yolanda has ministry experience, having led her local church for about six years, and which she still serves as a kingdom builder. She’s passionate about supporting One More Child and assisting migrant families and communities. She also volunteers with Top Buttons, a faith-based nonprofit organization that helps young women build self-worth through mentorship, education, and fashion.
